HOW DO I SIGN UP?

• Step 1: Figure out who you want to room with
• Step 2: Choose the appropriate room size
• Step 3: Have one person in your group “Create a Group”
• Step 4: After group is created, have everyone else join that group
• Step 5: Pay!

***Room assignments are for reservation purposes only. Where you actually sleep is up to you.***

WHEN WILL THE BUSES LEAVE?

• Saturday, October 24^th:
  
  • Buses will depart from the Memorial Union and arriving at the Great Wolf Lodge
  • Buses will leave between the times of 12:15 and 1:30. We will have buses lined up and as each one gets filled they will depart.
• Sunday, October 25^th:
  
  • Buses will depart from the Great Wolf Lodge and arriving at the Memorial Union
  • Buses will leave between the times of 11:00 and NOON. We will have buses lined up and as each one gets filled they will depart.

ROOM OPTIONS

We have a limited number of each type of room, so sign up fast!

• Option 1: ($70 per person)
  - 4 Person Room: Two queen size beds, full size sleeper sofa, fireplace and TV
  
  
• Option 2: ($65 per person)
  - 5 Person Room: Two queen size beds, full size sleeper sofa, fireplace and TV
  
  
• Option 3: ($60 per person)
  - 6 Person Room: Two queen size beds, full size sleeper sofa, fireplace and TV
  
  
• Option 4: ($55 per person)
  - 7 Person Room: Two Floors, Three bedrooms, Kitchen, Two bathrooms
  
  
• Option 5: ($50 per person)
  - 8 Person Room: Two Floors, Three bedrooms, Kitchen, Two bathrooms
